ST MATTHEWS 2010 FALL FESTIVAL

September 18, 5-10 pm and September 19, 11: 30 am – 4 pm

 

We have some new booths and brought back some old ones. We’d love to have you as a volunteer. There are many “sit down” jobs available. Of course we have need of many items.

 

CAN YOU HELP US WITH DONATIONS FOR:

 

CHERRY TREE and FISH POND - need many prizes for both kid’s booths.

 

BOTTLE LOTTO - Anything you can fit into an empty bottle, or purchase full bottles of anything edible or of interest and donate them to this booth.

 

STUFFED ANIMALS (all sizes) new or gently used. Everyone loves a stuffed pet.

BAKED GOODS – Fresh baked or store bought items – bring to festival on Sept. 18 by noon. Forget calories for this weekend. We also need PIES for Sister’s booth

 

JEWELRY AND VINTAGE ACCESSORIES – Clean out your jewelry box, your used jewelry and accessories is new for someone else.

 

BOOKS - Hard or soft cover books in good shape. Books for all ages. Clean off your book shelves now! Please – NO MAGAZINES.

 

SILENT AUCTION - Donate new or antique items or even services for this great booth. Lots of treasures and fun for everyone from ages 9-90.    

 

THEME BASKETS - Prepare your baskets now – bring them anytime you have them completed. Or, bring us the items and we’ll do the basket for you.

 

DVD’s and CD’s, - also VHS tapes and electronic games – great time to clean out/donate and then stock up again at the Festival,

 

HOLIDAY BOOTH -Thin out your holiday items/decorations. See our new booth for purchasing of new ideas for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, etc. – Start a new holiday to celebrate this year! Please no Christmas trees!

 

CANDLE BOOTH – Everyone loves candles. We all have candles we haven’t used and this is a great place to donate them. Then – buy some new ones at the Festival.       

Bring all items as soon as possible to the Parish Center. Mon. thru Fri. 8 am – 4 pm Weekends bring to back of church before Mass.

 

2 LITER BOTTLES OF SODA – For several games

PADDLE WHEEL FUN – Need donations of items.

ROOT BEER FLOATS - Donations of root beer needed
