Facilitator collects agenda items, prepares a document to help keep track of them, and eases the coverage of those items. They ensure all voices are heard, and make possible maximum participation by everyone in the process.

Recorder prepares the minutes of the meeting as an account of the points discussed and decisions made to be communicated to the community.

Linda and Marty have both agreed to continue in their current roles as civil officers of the organization. By-laws can define clearly limitations of roles and responsibilities
