Tentative deadline to decide merger is July 1, 2003.

Liturgy Committee: Discussion on Christmas holiday mass schedule, currently set at 4:30 PM & Midnight on Christmas eve nd 10:30 AM Christmas day.

A late Sunday mass was also discussed, one geared toward Parish Youth, to be held at 5PM, on the second Sunday of the month through March and the first Sunday of the month in April.

COO / Parish Director: Discussion between L. Sellars, K. Goldenstein, & M. Olson to define the position description and bjectives. D. Kennedy suggested looking at similarly-sized parishes for how they utilize a parish director. It was widely agreed that approaching the St. Matt’s alumni was an important part of the job.

Meeting adj. before 9 PM.

Respectfully Submitted,

Marty Olson, Secretary, Parish Council
